Last night I tried 100mg/day of Sildenafil but nothing helped. I take it for 3 years now and it's been working well. I'll keep taking it but I'm a bit nervous about my side effects. I've taken this tablet for 3 years and I'm not seeing any changes in my sleep. I think the side effects are minor and I'm not taking any other medicine at the moment. I'm on 50mg. Hi I'm new to this stuff and need advice. I'm a 40+ year-old man and have been taking this tablet for about 4 months now.
